Following a series of work on different types of poems (acrostic, rhyming and shape) children get to choose their favourite and write a really good poem in that style about Easter.

You will need a cd with the hymns on (Thank you Lord for this new day) and (He made me) and a way to play seaside, forest and thunderstorm sounds: I am using a free white noise app on my Iphone with a docking station. Also a selection of sensory natural items for childen to explore (sand, waterm leaves etc).
